Positive: I love the location and the convenience of the hotel
Negative: I didn't like the fact that when I paid them the $737 or whatever it was then they turn around and build me twice that Sunday $81 for each room after I paid the full amount off of booking.com and I had to go twice up back to the hotel on that Monday day and Monday or evening and let them know where they messed up at and I still haven't got a refund from them yet for them on giving getting double money out of my account after I paid the full price for the whole 3 days

Negative: The front desk lady was super nice and she tried her best. She was alone, she had to go and see if the rooms were clean, the check in took a while. Room had mold under the desk- I was so tired that I just went to bed and left early next morning. I took pictures if they want to follow up

Negative: The cleaning of our room was not great. upon arrival, they did not have the room we had booked. They didn’t have keys , so the front desk let us into our room and we had to wait til the next day to get keys. The grunge on the water heating pot at the breakfast was gross.
